As I've said before, I don't understand why people need guns, but some people I respect own them so there's obviously something I don't get.
That said, once you accept the idea that ANYONE can own an Uzi, for whatever reason, anything can happen.
It just seems boneheaded to me to allow anyone to handle one of those things.
