I agree that W was bad. I'll also say that Obama will be recognized as just as bad.
I disagree on FDR. The turnaround is more due to WW II and afterwards. There's a growing consensus that FDR prolonged the depression.
Reagan benefited from circumstances. (He certainly wasn't a bad president.)
