So a kind of a false friend (Dragan are you around?)

It translates direct to something like No joke - but this of different sense.

Here you can see the target german term Ernst seriousness , kidding comes up only twice and the question is an idiom that is used the other way around to express the same (en: you must be kidding to de: you are not serious).

But then it is used in the same way. We can do all that with our idiom too.
