Ran into the dreaded C0000005 fatal exception when running the EXE version of a new VFP6 application. Now, I don't have a top-level form, so the top-level form issue did not apply. I have also recently installed VS6.0a and DCOM95 so that base was covered as well. What I did find, however, in my cleanup code after CLEAR EVENTS was a MODIFY WINDOW SCREEN. Usually I put this is in to restore the default screen settings on app exit. Sometimes I forget to take it out :-)

Anyway, once I removed that line and recompiled, the error vanished.
