I like a Command Window type of form that can be used to execute commands. I have my own, but I think there are some around here in the files section. Also, you will have to rememeber that any table structure changes will have to be made to the system when updating EXEs. Depending on your situation, the Command Window form can allow you to do this, or some type of (what I call) version control module in your system can take care of this task (with ALTER TABLE commands, etc.). It depends on how much on-site contact you have with the client.
