That'll take about an hour. No cycle paths at all. There'll be some bus lanes.

I usually avoid cycle paths because they tend to lead you round the houses a bit and can lead to a,lot of extra turns.
For example if I used the cycle path between where I live and Enfield I have to cross from one side of the road to the other several times and then there is a long section thats shared use and people always wlak on both parts (fair enough really I do it myself).

I'm more keen on vehicular cycling (in with the traffic) in towns but I'd like to see more cycle paths/lanes in the countryside..
