Today we had a power outage, just like last saturday, about 15-20 minutes, I guess they didn't finish fixing whatever they were fixing last time. I let the UPS on my machine beep itself to sleep, found something to do in the yard. Cleaned up the rear part of it, picked up the fallen walnuts, took a first look at yesterday's kittens... and it was almost dark when I remembered to boot my machine. And even then, I used it only to do things unrelated to work - write a blog entry (in my neighbor's blog - I killed mine), play some, process the week's photos, chat with the offsite daughter, be with my grandchildren. The so-called life.

I agree that anything you do that does not involve programming is good :). I admire you for doing the yard work. I am having tough time motivating myself to do any yard work :(. And taking a nap is the best thing you can do for yourself.
