>I have been trying to setup remote printing from my win 7 64bit computer from a win 2008 RT server. The problem I am having is I can't seem to be able to install the printer drivers (no printer drivers installed) I need on the server. The server seems to want to connect to a printer which it can't. Tried manually go through the setup process but it won't show the INF file and I have confirmed that the INF file is there and the Brother website says this is the correct driver for 2008 RT.

Are you running the installer for the print driver as administrator?

How is the printer connected? Is it connected directly to one of the computers via USB or other port, or is it connected via network? If it is connected to a computer, which computer is it connected to? If network, is the printer and server connected up on the same LAN w/o having a router/bridge of some sort between the two?
