>Roosevelt said "In any moment of decision, the best thing you can do is the right thing, the next best thing is the wrong thing, and the worst thing you can do is nothing."

Much as I admire FDR's legacy, that logic hits a roadblock if doing nothing is the right thing.
For example, holding on to shares of stock during panic selling might be the right thing to do.. and that's doing nothing.
If your house is burning around you, on the other hand, doing nothing is definitely not a wise choice.

I didn't have a burning house feeling about the funding of health care.

I'm more concerned about the system being funded than I am about the funding.

You and I have parried over the inherent corruption in the present system, where MD's made prescription decisions that are influenced by payments they get from big Pharma.

It goes a lot deeper. Just about every hospital in NJ is staffed by administrators who are former political hacks.
Here's the most recent example.

What the hell does he know about health care?
I can name lots more like that.
Right here in Hamilton the hospital CEO is the former county executive- again with absolutely no health care experience.
It knows no region nor party. When Obama was in the senate, Michelle was earning more than $300K annually as a VP of a hospital in Chicago. What the hell did she know about health care?
