Percentage signs mean people like to use fractions with a 100 in the denominator and then forget that they are fractions and imagine they are using integers.
Credence is always disputable. But I'll stick to my opinion that when percentages are mentioned, it's about statistics.

I don't remember letting you up... but frankly, my search skills are more likely to get me annoyed than a result. There's too much chaff.
