On Trestman and the Bears, they should just clean house. In the 2nd half of the season the team looked lethargic. No spark at all. I also blame Cutler. He's a veteran and has to start assuming some team leadership. They are a mess right now.

Jets situation is a bit different. Rex Ryan is a defensive coordinator, period.
