>>BTW, I tried the link I posted earlier, but may be it was not a good link. It only detected IE as browsers to apply and when I tried to open that Video in IE it still asked me for Cisco add-on (I allowed) and then the quality was the same bad quality with clicks and clacks.

>Ok - couple of questions. Does the video/audio play ok from another computer? I think someone already mentioned it - but it could be the codecs you're using. Perhaps looking at the webex recording on another PC will let you know if the recording itself is bad - or if you have a problem playing the recording. Maybe try using Chrome instead of IE too???
My colleague said that he had no problems with the sound (I don't know if he heard the whole video or not as bad problem happened not at the very beginning).
I also think that originally I heard this video OK (about 2 months ago). The video plays directly from the link on the site, it doesn't provide a link to download that video locally.
Boris said he can not access that video. If you want, I can send you link in PM as well, but I think people outside our company may not have an access to it.
BTW, I did originally try it in Google Chrome (my default browser). Only after I tried to install new WebEx player I tried it in IE.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
