Ok - couple of questions. Does the video/audio play ok from another computer? I think someone already mentioned it - but it could be the codecs you're using. Perhaps looking at the webex recording on another PC will let you know if the recording itself is bad - or if you have a problem playing the recording. Maybe try using Chrome instead of IE too???
