On the first topic, my point is that the IRS is whining and complaining about their budget being cut, at a time when collected revenue is at an all time high.

Certainly some taxes need to be collected in some way (though I still favor a different system that abolishes the IRS). But right now the trend is going in the wrong direction.

As for snowmen, check out the attached pic. Now THAT'S a snowman!
