I don't know (?). I set out as you did: trial and error, eliminating each file until all works. I do know that I need the OLE files (FXOLE30B.DLL, OLEAUT32.DLL, OLEPRO32.DLL), as I too have an OCX control (I didn't list it in the message), and it would not work without them (since the control is in an OLE container). You may want to check if the control will work without those files (your test machines may all have them already installed - I had this concern before). Maybe the rest are standard with Windows, I don't know. I tested on new machines that had NEVER had a FoxPro app installed before (or much of anything else, for that matter). If your's works - that's all that matters :).
