I am not sure about the other files either, but my app has been installed on over 100 PC's and nobody has reported missing .dll's? I assume the additional files you are installing are related to the additional controls you are using.

I have upgraded to VFP 6.0. but have not yet made a distribution version. I guess I'll have to do some trial and error again to determine all the files I need to include.

As for Install Shield, I have been using it for several years and swear by it. Once you figure out the files to include, it's a snap.
