But what if you did not have a job because you did not have that pretty face, or just the wrong skin color, or simply was raised in a family with a long history of poverty without any formal education, or even was raised in a neighborhood with CRIME written all over it? I've been raised in relative poverty, but managed to get there because I had decent parent and was smarter than the rest of the family. Does the fact that I am smarter make me a better person? Not everyone is born with the same capacity. Projection of your person onto another and therefore pointing fingers is therefore not fair.
