After you look at the Dabo code you will see how they are using the sqlite as a temporary data table. Dabo was designed as a foxpro replacement and of course needed a simple cursor that worked like fox.

No I do not believe that wxPython phoenix will be ready by June. If I did I wouldn't be doing what I'm doing right now and that is - getting Dabo to work with wxPython 3.x using python 2.7.9. BTW if you are using Linux or Mac it works right now - just windows is the current problem.
