Are you saying this because it says that Spartan will not support legacy technologies such as ActiveX and Browser Helper Objects?

Also, I am surprise to see that the browser will be embedded in Windows. A few years ago, something forbidden Microsoft to do that. Have new policies been approved so this will now be accepted?
