>IE has a bad rap due to its history. IE 11 isn't too bad. But over time, Microsoft will spend fewer resources on IE and more on Spartan. Spartan is an attempt to fix the perception of IE. But, Spartan is already getting hammered because it doesn't use webkit. IMO, that's a good thing. While Spartan won't support ActiveX, apparently it will support plugins.

Ok, it's a good think that it is embedded in the OS. The new browser name is good BTW.
