Yes, exactly what I can visualize (no pun intended). Also we celebrate the member's birthdays each month so the report could gather that info. easily as well without user input.
There are several recurring events / messages which the user can select over and over again without having to re-type in the data when required.

The only thing I don't really know how to do (if it is possible) is to have different font effects within a string of text for emphasis.
