There was recently a discussion about this here (?) or on one of the news groups. Basically, a generic contract is quite risky. Copying a contract from someone else is not a good idea either. There could be laws in your state that could make an entire contract null and void if it includes certain language. You need to consult two types of attorneys. One a specialist in computer law and the other an expert in contract law. Get them together to write your contract for you. This would be money well spent.
