I don't know how to shut it down. When I look into the Windows tray I see several program but none of the have name TrayApp. I need to go to the Windows Add and Remove programs and remove all DELL programs (e.g. Backup and Restore and other junk that Dell automatically installs).
Thank you
>Looks like there are several applications named TrayApp, ranging from Windows built-in tray application to a virus, so it's difficult to say if it's safe to remove. What happens if you just shutdown the program?

>>Lately I have noticed that when I start my PC (windows 7 pro) the program TrayApp.exe starts. I don't know if this is a coincidence but I have had Outlook "telling" me that one of the .pst file I use is being locked by another application. I have not figured out what is locking this .pst (not Outlook.pst but an "external" .pst file). The TrayApp.exe starts in the following directory:

>>C:\Dell\DBRM\Reminder\TrayApp.exe
