Thanks for posting this, Craig. I missed seeing this thread earlier and posted one myself yesterday on the Chatter forum. Lutz pointed me here to this thread. I will certainly miss Mike! I always thought it was funny that he liked to call me "Bonita" and that he always had a joke or two about me and Tom Piper ... and now Mike has joined Tom. Very sad indeed! =0(
