Hi Doug -

I tried that already. It simply does not affect PRG files.

->Tool -> Options -> IDE tab... Make Backup


Even the Help file is really vague about this setting:

It says:

Make backup

For some file types, specifies whether a backup file is created whenever you save a file of that file type.
