I've read docs and checked config settings, issue is that VFP Compiler can be configured to cache its .c files to allow differential rather than full compilation after minor edits, but GoFish doesn't like the .c files and reports a series of "'Can't open file: xyz.c, therefore skipping it" messages for potentially hundreds of .c files. Yeah, I know, I should go in and do it myself, but just asking!

Hmmm.... I'm trying to understand what is making it look at .c files in the first place?? It only searches through known FoxPro file types, unless you add a file template (with optional wildcards) in the Advanced screen.

Also, are you searching in a Project scope, or a Folder scope?
