I have seen several demo's similar to the google demo. The issue of data entry (as I know it today) is still not done without the assist of a keyboard. Names, addresses, are a problem. It took longer to correct the entry after using voice than it took to enter it via keyboard.

If it becomes possible to search voice data and use the returned data to provide information and I'm able to use the information to process some activity - like reports, emails, purchase orders, sales orders then we can talk. Without that there is little voice provides business today.
