Yup, you are correct - I was thinking 'felony' but typed 'federal' - hate it when I do that

And the charges are no more political payback than his cutting the funding for the office because the woman who ran it wouldn't resign. Why should she when none of the Republicans who have gotten nailed for DUI while in office didn't?
