>BTW, I'm still waiting of examples of fascism in the policy of the current administration.
I already gave you examples with ACA. Also...
- Executive actions on immigration that federal judges have found unconstitutional (especially in the areas of work permits)
- Executive actions on environmental controls, based on data from U.S. agencies that independent scientists have challenged.
- Collusion between the DNC, the DOJ, specific Democratic Congressmen, and the IRS to intimidate and suppress the speech of political opponents.
- DOJ making legal threats to reporters. Even politically moderate members of the press are complaining that this administration is increasingly dangerous to the press. The story of James Rosen is a chilling account of how far this administration will go to attack a member of the press who is talking to a leaker.
- Illegal gun-running programs into Mexico without knowledge of Congress or the Mexican govt
- Documented evidence (and sworn testimony) of threats to ICE agents for upholding immigration laws
- Violation of the War Powers Act for invading Libya without Congressional Approval (which created an incredible mess)
- Obama appointees to NRLB tried to dictate to companies where they can re-locate and also tried to force their workers into unions
- Taxpayer financing of failing energy companies where several had political ties to members of Obama's political party
Believe me, I can list more. But it's pointless. Too many people have made up their mind that they like this administration, no matter what.
