In each of these cases, the congress has oversight power - including the ability to cite for contempt and individuals such as yourself can bring legal action against the administration.
In fact, that's what happened with the ACA and a court with a conservative majority failed to uphold the complaints.

That's how this government works. If that's fascism, so be it.

I call it working the system skillfully.

I think you'll find that our rotund leader was one of those rewarded for his fund raising skills with a US Attorney's job- a blatant misuse of the criminal justice system.

Working the system? - absolutely.
Fascism.. no.
