There are many somewhat lengthy definitions, so I picked up a short bounded one:

Fascism:
a governmental system led by a dictator having complete power, forcibly suppressing opposition and criticism, regimenting all industry, commerce, etc., and emphasizing an aggressive nationalism and often racism.

Lets see:
Obama dictator? Not by a far shot. He does not have complete power.
He does not suppress opposition, nor regimenting all industry and commerce.
And emphasizing aggressive nationalism and racism is more a property of the far right (See south Carolina).

IMO, Your examples are a slap in the face for ones that were a victim of true fascism. You usage of the term is heavily misplaced.

Misusing labels like "socialism" and "fascism" because of political dislike caused that most American do not know the true meaning of those words anymore and is painful for those what have experienced the bitter fruits of the real thing.

I get it you do not like this administration and have a certain view on its actions, sure. But I'm asking you in friendly manner not to use those terms in a misplaced context;.

The story of James Rosen is a chilling account of how far this administration will go to attack a member of the press who is talking to a leaker.
