I agree it's a problem in several industries, but I.T. is the worst.

Last week I got into a big argument with a client contact who lamented privately to me about a woman who wasn't going to be able to start a project management position because she was on maternity leave. His exact words, "It's costing me time because she got knocked up".

Katy is already computer savvy and that's great. Just don't want her going into I.T.
