Try medicine. Current generation is well past discussing whether gender is a component of competence (gender isn't relevant and if it were it would favor the females) and cheerfully accepts that until such time as men can carry a baby, equal opportunity to have a family and the scientific fact that "mother" means a lot in early child rearing requires that women have different needs and that's just the way it is. People will laugh if you suggest that equality means competing on a playing field that assumes you have a wife. Of course sometimes people express themselves badly and you'll still find the usual bigots and over-sensitive types of both genders, but normalized sexism hasn't been an issue for well over a generation.
"... They ne'er cared for us
yet: suffer us to famish, and their store-houses
crammed with grain; make edicts for usury, to
support usurers; repeal daily any wholesome act
established against the rich, and provide more
piercing statutes daily, to chain up and restrain
the poor. If the wars eat us not up, they will; and
there's all the love they bear us."
-- Shakespeare: Coriolanus, Act 1, scene 1
