People will laugh if you suggest that equality means competing on a playing field that assumes you have a wife. Of course sometimes people express themselves badly and you'll still find the usual bigots and over-sensitive types of both genders, but normalized sexism hasn't been an issue for well over a generation.
Katy loves animals and maybe a career as a vet could be in the future.
Who knows....but I'm serious....and this isn't a matter of anger or betrayal of an industry that I've made my career from (and overall a rather lucrative one)....I have no interest in encouraging my kid towards this general line of work.
