thank you Marcia. we applied the clickyes method and it does take care of the immediate problem.

found the affected computer shows that the antivirus status is invalid. Which I suspect is the cause for the all this. We are waiting on that one.

I would tend to agree with you on that one.

Secondly I am wondering, since your application did solve the issue, whether there is a more direct way to deal with the issue through outlook automation programming route.

You mean to keep that annoying message box from popping up? I do not know of one.
