I doubt it's him personally taking the suit. More likely it's the music company trying to set an example as they will be with the latest infringement.

Since you raised the issue of Youtube, I'm wondering whether you can explain this: it's a mix of songs compiled by Youtube, starting with "Eye of the Tiger" uploaded by one of the VEVO accounts. Vevo is an international online music joint venture between Universal Music, Sony and Abu Dhabi Media.
