In VFP 5, we experienced the GPF 10h problem when using a 3rd party ( HP ) printer driver instead of the M$ windows default driver. Solution was to install the M$ driver.

Now, in VFP 6, we are experiencing what you describe: No keyboard, No mouse, hard disk light on almost solid ( probably reading ) and no way to terminate other than to shut down the system. The "fix" for the 10h problem seems to have engendered an even worse problem. We do not get this problem on NT boxes, nor where the printer driver is M$'s own -- thus, even though the 10h is solved since it no longer has a chance to show up, whatever the internal error was, still is causing us a problem.

Anyone know how to report this in a formal manner to M$?
