I would not thrust any customer acting like that. If the BGB is not enough, something is wrong. (In germany anything not specified in a contract will fall back to the BGB. This is normaly the solution for a hand shake contract. All on a honorable level. To specify discretion, salaries, timelines etc is normal. But legal twist of 14k words. Payment in advance and double the price. At least.)
