As it is at start time, yes. Haven't tried to set it to something else than default in config.fpw - so to me it is the same. To have a few different ones I'd have to create separate shortcuts (of which I actually do have a couple, and you're right, they inherit different _command.prg but then again I launch these in different folders so I didn't catch the connection with set("resource", 1), I thought it's the folder).
But when you set resource to something else (like I do from environment manager) it doesn't reload the command window. And I don't see how this can be done. Having different shortcuts for each environment is perhaps one way; having a launcher to reload Fox with proper parameters would be another.
