You cannot specify the name of the file, but you can specify where it is stored, since it will be stored in the same directory as config.fpw. IOW, create a set of directories, for instance one per project, and create one config.fpw in each of them. That's what I do all the time. I also create a subdirectory from these directories for all temp files.
