A cat's cerebral cortex contains almost twice as many neurons (300 million neurons versus 160 million in dogs)
Dogs can certainly do things physically that cats cannot - but there's no question cats can solve harder cognitive problems (if they want to)
And then there's the fact that cat owners are generally more accomplished :)
