There is Bernie Sanders - who is running as a Democrat, but I think he falls more in line with the independents. If Trump ends up running as an independent I think that would surely hand the victory to the democrats because it would splinter the republican voters. Of course if he stays as a republican and gets the nomination then that will spell disaster for the whole republican party. They've really kinda screwed themselves this time.
