Tamar's point is that there's a broo-ha-ha that he shouldn't be appointing judges. E.g. Senate Majority Leader: "“The American people should have a voice in the selection of their next Supreme Court Justice. Therefore, this vacancy should not be filled until we have a new president.” Alberto Gonzalez, former Bush attorney general: “From my perspective having worked at the White House and then at the Department of Justice, there’s just no question in my mind that as president of the United States, you have an obligation to fill a vacancy,”

And on and on it goes.

Obama's position is that he will nominate in due time. Then in a speech he says he's doing stuff including nominating judges. You perceive his facial expression as a tasteless smirk because a Judge died. Others say he gave a wry smile that says "I'm still President and I get to nominate."

Meanwhile another contender says he'd like to punch somebody in the audience in the face and people claiming to be shocked by an Obama facial expression, now are cheering.

This is yet another Satanobama effort.
