Perhaps the window name is not exactly the same?

Try with

ON KEY LABEL f2 _cliptext=wontop()

then manually activate document view, press f2, and then in command window

activate window (_cliptext)

Tested here, and clipboard contains "Document View" - if your language is French, perhaps, then you may get a different string. Not that I ever tried Fox in any other language, this is just a guess.
