yes these windows are jurassic !
i suppose at this time the windows handles was unknown (there was whandle and many kinds of historic folks).
with vfp5-6-7-8-9 the vfp team could change them with some forms with advanced PEM.they dont do it.
for ex.the calculator, the calendar....inherit from "babylon" and dont used at all !
Also they appear on vfp screen only (cannot see if screen=off).
i see all these old things are present for the backward compatibility with previous versions of FoxPro
