After verification, this is outside the browser. The user has two PCs. Both have the same problem. It appears true type is not supported.

See image from left this is my view source in Firefox. We have the same Windows and same Firefox version. On the right is her display where the font is really not good.

Do you have any idea why or what setting would disable the support of better font display on her PCs?
