What's wrong with uninstall and use defender, ad-block, NoScript? Viruses are no problem anymore and against ransomware it will do nothing anyway. The maleware flood of anything important is over you so fast that no AV can deal with. Some so called security suites acts as man in the middle and corrupt https, others open ports - forget about it
Only solution is wetware.

BTW have you seen https://bugs.chromium.org/p/project-zero/issues/detail?id=773? Nice little backdoor installed by your AV ....
