Apparently a deranged bearded person can frequent the Womens' toilets professing that his gender identity is female and you can't eject him without infringing "her" rights. Or vice versa, not that it seems as likely. My perception is that many women in particular enjoy the momentary refuge of a female-only bathroom. This may be one of those "you don't know what you've got till it's gone" scenarios.

Even having specific transgender toilets separating birth sexes as well might be seen as targeting help for specifically deranged bearded persons, to be bordering on stereotyping religous chin pullovers...
