>Also FWIW: there are other ways to pull classes etc out of VFP exes, some of which are free. But Refox encapsulates most of the complexity and makes it easy. It also gives you a way to protect your work that will block almost all hack attempts. A few years ago, some of us decided to really push VFP protection schemes and Jan responded quickly +++ to improve Refox capability when a VFP "hook" was shown to overcome most protection schemes. To my knowledge, there are only two people who can definitely show VFP project restore hacks against the current Refox, Defox or VFP Compiler.

The issue with buying directly form Jan is that purchasing is not allowed to use Paypal or Digital River, for whatever reason that I will find anyways ridiculous, but I have no saying on that :)

I tried using defox but even after finishing without errors, only some classes where recovered, and of course the one I wanted was missing (I can see it in the exe, unfortunately I do not know the structure of the exe to do the extraccion myself, and for the time I would need to do it it is cheaper to buy refox), also tried to find unfoxall, but it seems dead and all links were to scary websites that got blocked by our policies anyways, as they were hacking websites.

Regarding the proteccion of the source, as we are a closed shop, we do not sell any of our applications, and they are all heavily intertwined, so if someone takes home, for example Purchasing.EXE, it won't work at all for all the relations to Stores, Materials Management, Technical Library, Pickslips, SIA, TSR/TCI, etc. furthermore we are moving away from foxpro so we are in maintenance mode now (but the move will be done by our parent company, so not sure to what we are moving, my guess is C# + SQL)

Thanks,
