Point of fact, what Powell did was also wrong. But it's a FAR less serious offense.

Julian Assange (WikiLeaks) claims he has some additional blockbuster content on Hillary that he might put out there, presumably just before the convention.

For months, people have been trying to read the proverbial tea leaves on what will happen with Hillary - I think we'll know a ton more by the end of July.
